Lots of reasons to sell stock, but only one reason to buy, so I'm not too concerned about an insider selling a few shares after Christmas. Trouble with low liquidity stocks is that any sale or buy may dramatically impact the SP because not many buyers or sellers exist before you get into the oddball offers way off the market price.

At current SP I think the market is pricing in zero expectations for profit and basically just pricing in the resource base and current infrastructure and personell/enterprise values. I wouldn't expect much movement until there's significant sustained movement in APT prices; any move below $275 or above $350 may see the price drop or pop. An insider sale or two, or even a some buying shouldn't cause much SP movement beyond the odd blip. IMHO
