I agree this will be a positive for us...not so great for the longs in UUU.  Poor buggers.  

Anyone talk to URE lately?  When will we hear about the bond and/or grouse issue?  Would be nice to have an update.

I'm completely done making predictions here.  I was way off on my last one.  Just sitting back and waiting.  Time is truly on our side!
