Agree with you popeye.  Hence the working of the Melville assets is key with Xinxing.  Tuktu assets are huge and I'm quite confident that Xinxing want these assets built into the RB framework agreement.  The question is whether RB gets signed on it's own or is the agreement re-worked to now include Tuktu...I'm guessing the latter.  We need the JV signed
