PBN is loosing value

Why? There is a glut of oil out west, to few buyers and a lag of pipelines to get the oil east cheap. Now add the cost of rail transportation of $14 - $18 pB and the wellhead price is going lower still. When north western oil reaches world market we'll see a reversal of fortune of Bakken producers but until then we ahve to content with weak valuation.
