Hey sparkdog,

What I notice with SH is that the image you want to add to a post has to be on the Internet already, that is, you can't upload from your computer or copy/paster from the computer.

Here's how I do it:

1. I find the image I want to use and either use the snipping tool (windows 7+) or if I'm on XP I press <ALT>+<PrtScn> to do a screenshot I can past into paint.

2. Then I go to imgur.com and upload the image to the internet

3. From there I can right-click and copy the image and paste it into SH.

It's painfully awkward but it does the trick
