Aha.  This could very well be the reason ARZ was delaying their commitment to Phase 3 - a perfect distraction.  This is positive for NOX either way - if Alamos doesn't continue, NOX keeps a lot of free money that helped them build valuable ounces, and I'm confident other interested parties will be lining up to get a piece of that action.  And yes, Alamos' DD would have undoubtedly factored in the JV with NOX - no doubt.

Expect some news out of NOX later this week.
