Probability's is right in his analysis of Jeff's thinking. the parts maybe worth more than the whole and a functioning company that is cash flow positive will fetch a higher price. Problem is that is not selling the company that is building the company. Next will we hear that they are starting a new wind farm because it will capture the tax credit because it well enhance share holder value. The market wants certainty this is not it, unless you like the certainty of uncertainty.
