RE: RE: MORE REUTERS RESULTS FOR: "tse wpx" Market

All you gotta do is ask WPX lol...One thing I can say their investors relations is pretty good.. A little slow on the uptake since EPO and KRN already have off take agreements.. I am wondering what WPX is waiting for besides the EIS coming out first...and of course a financial advisor yet to be announced..JMHO

Hello XXXXX

Thank you for your continued interest in WPX.

The last time we spoke, back in December, I had mentioned that we were currently taking the necessary steps needed in order to engage a Financial Advisor, this is still the case. This Financial Advisor will assist us with the process of obtaining the necessary funding to build our Solution Mine. We don’t feel there is a ‘hold up’ with regards to us finding a strategic partner, we always knew it would be a long process as it includes a large scale project with a long mine life. As I mentioned before, we feel a Financial Advisor will help a great deal with the process.

Please see below for our EIS Update found in our last public news release.

EIS Update

Further to the news release issued on September 5, 2012, the Company wishes to provide an update on its Environmental Impact Statement (“EIS”) for the Project. The EIS was prepared and submitted to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment (“MOE”) in conformance with the Government of Saskatchewan’s “Environmental Assessment Act.” A review process of the EIS by the regulatory agencies is ongoing. Following a satisfactory technical review, the EIS will be posted on the MOE’s website and available for public review. The Company anticipates Environmental Assessment approval in the first quarter of 2013.

This is on track, we cannot speed this process up, but, we don’t feel there will be a delay. You can look here directly on the Government of Saskatchewan’s website on the progress of the Environmental Process is take a look at https://www.environment.gov.sk.ca/ea2011-054 .

Sincerely,

Angela Aydon
