Your estimate of .40 cents per share seems really low considering news of them finalizing the deal with IMC and the bank financing will remove most of the risk involved with owning this stock. I would expect the stock price to at least double upon receiving major news. Perhaps WOF will be around .60 cents per share after a stock halt the day of the news.

In the long term I think Woulfe Mining could easily obtain a market cap of over $500 million dollars after production begins and that is a conservative estimate in my opinion.
