UUU is a funky situation with ARMZ already owning 51% and trying to scoop it up at a firesale price.

Investors that bought UUU in the last couple months will make a little quick cash, while long term people will lose thier shirt. Better for share holders to wait things out and hope for 4-5 bucks a share down the road, but looks like management has other ideas. Management will come out okay as usual and says this is a good deal......

Not likley to be another bidder as ARMZ owns too much of it
