I don't think many see the logic in selling in this range when we have a pretty solid bid from Brookfield at $2.50.

If one looks at the upside vs downside balance, it is pretty obvious that WND is a good bet.

Selling WND only to buy a stock with no downside protection seems to be a questionable investment move.

As much as I have to hold my nose, I will stick with WND until they convince me it is time to sell.
