720 point inspection

720 point inspection

Does anyone here know how long this 720 point inspection will take?  Has it been happening since December 18th announcement of the commissioning of the HPA plant?  Do they need to do this inspection before they can actually start producing? 

I would really appreciate any help with this- I have looked online for some answers but can't find anything solid.
