RE: News by March...

RE: News by March...

All the parties involved are going to take the time needed to hash things out, this is not a minor project.

You may remember the agreement as mentioned in NR dated June 28th, 2012: Upon satisfactory completion of due diligence by IMC, and subject to the other terms and conditions of the definitive agreements in respect of the transaction, the parties will have a further 60 days to complete the transaction, unless further extended by mutual agreement.

Why was 60 days deemed sufficient then? Perhaps it was the holidays during the fall? Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day. It obviously is taking longer than anyone thought, shareholders should be told why.

All the parties know that the best opportunity for the start of major construction is going to be March, after winter is done with Kangwando  Province.

From Woulfe's web site: The winter period is relatively dry and extends from October to March, with freezing temperatures occurring during the period December to February. Snow accumulations can be as much as 1m. Heavens, freezing temperatures no less. You would think geology thinks the project is located in the Yukon. There's no sense in complaining and if the wait becomes too long or the smell too fishy one can sell. But lets not avoid the obvious, something is slowing the development of this project and we shareholders don't know what it is.
