RE: declining stock price I doubt this stock is marginable or there are any margin calls related thereto.
People want out for some reason. Look at PRB..traded at $1 for awhile, now over $2. GCU is a double in the next 6 months..need news and management to respect investors positions (i.e. by not paying attention to day to day share price, they may have difficulty rasing money in the future).
