Had you read my post before getting all riled up you would have seen the section (Bandi perhaps?) which means I thought you wrote it but wasn't exactly sure. When I saw your response I felt I needed to know for sure and so I went back in time and found the sequence. It started with a post from Zuckonit:

The presentation was updated on Monday. You don't need to show your retail investors this. So why even put it there unless you are close to making a deal or have a deal in the works? Missing on another promise will only push more of your investors away.

On the good news side, if they do manage to get the 5 million in place so they can start purchasing stuff in January that would be great news for the company (triple sounds fair), and I certainly agree with you that it would look bad if they put that stuff up on the website and then couldn't follow through. So lets stay tuned and see what happens.
