This is AWESOME news. Niogold is sending the message to both ARZ and the investor community that it can go it alone if need be. They're not going to wait for ARZ and be at their mercy - they can move ahead with their own program and their own money and will not be held hostage by anyone. The news release may not seem like much, but it's a clear message if you analyze it more strategically. Very happy with this development!
