FNR Salaries/Bonuses/Perks/ETC

FNR Salaries/Bonuses/Perks/ETC

I noted a post on Tom's salary - when Tom set up FNR - he had this agreement with FNR and approved by the Board, who I say is not independent, my opinion, of $1000000 - then you have a CFO - believe his salary is $200,000 Plus - highly overpaid for a small fund - then IR person who is making over $60,000 based on what  Iwas told - very overpaid and unqualified for this postion, in my opinion, more of a Admin Assistant than IR, base don what  have observed over the years, then you have a family memeber of the Board??? doing what who knows?? and other staff memebers and Advisors??which are ???, in my opinion.

Then you have the Bonuses, Expensive Travel Expenses and Expense Accounts - Club Level Rooms, expensive meals/wine/etc. Flying in a Private Jet??

The Board seems, based on lack of action, does nothing but rubber stamps what Tom wants? in my opinion.

Where is the bag for the buck? poor return on investment dollars, in my opinion.
