I understand the plan...

However, consider this...We all know that ozs in the ground are going for Record lows...Correct? Companies can literally buy ozs in the ground for pennies on the dollar. In fact, in my 25 years of junior investing I have never seen such lows (other than perhaps right after the Bre-X fraud was announced)...

Point is...Only one company would be willing to buy out Bayfield and thats Rainy River. Kinda playing poker with a stacked deck don't you think? Rainy River already has enough gold in the ground to have a viable mine... Why would you think they would pay fair price?

If...and thats a serious "if" they take out Bayfield...they are likely to say...here is what you are getting..Take it or leave it...and even then that could be years down the road as they slowly put the screws to BYV...
