I think JonnyJ is referring to insiders getting a hold of a lot of shares for cheap prices. This works two ways, on a positive note it means that management is vested in the company and should, in theory at least, do whats best. On the flip side the acquisition price is so low that it provides a cap on the price of the stock. Lets assume they get a hold of a decent property or get that 5mill financing for Engineer and the price of the stock hits 20c, people that are sellers and got that stock at 7.5c will be jumping out quick and putting a cap on the rise.
