To me the move indicates desperate attempt to raise share price before coming financement. Unfortunately for them (management) there are not too many fools left. What we see is some cautious momo activity. If they are lucky and the financing coinsides with strenght in gold maybe shares will reflect renewed hope.

Much better companies could be found with little effort.
