NR leaves my with Questions

When I read the news today I took it a different way.  Mind you maybe I have more a scrutinizing mind.  

 

That SGS is having hard time tweaking metwork so they turn to the University.

 

I also noticed the VP of exploartion has no graphite experience.  How will this affect his ability to run exploraiton programs effectively?
