Its been obvious that they have chosen to underpromise and over-deliver.

With oil bound to rise above $100 ( the Saudies are cutting production and the US will raise its debt ceiling substantially, thereby weakening the USD ) over the next month or so.

 

Also, shipping oil is now taking the difference from the defferential.

The $3.25 target is realistic imho.
