:-)  .... it's finding that place where you can turn $0.14 into $0.25-.30 that's the problem.

I guess the jist of my argument is that with a turnaround in APT pricing and continued world GDP growth (as appears to be the macro economic trend right now) NTC is as likely to turn into that opportunity as any other, and in IMHO should already be valued closer to $0.20 than $0.10 even given current market and company balance sheet situations. So $0.14 is a bargain and selling a large lot at that price is questionable investing.
