You can find out more about their liabilities in the audited financials available on the company website, but it's currently estimated that they're somewhere around $20m.  Bills and personnel costs, SG&A can most likely be paid with the continued interest in the Cloosh project.  If you assume 50% development risk with the Pattern projects, then the company assets are worth roughly $30m when you also include the SSE payment.  I'm all for another offer coming in and getting s bit more upside, but I believe that's how the market is currently valuing the company at about $0.25 per share.
