Currently the market doesn't agree with you and your price.  I have already presented an explanation on how I get to my valuation, but you have not, just your end result.  I can't speak for the directors of the company and why they aren't buying up shares now, so asking that isn't of much use even if your question is rhetorical.  Just so you know, wind companies get sued all the time, and legal liabilities aren't typically factored into market cap although the impact could certainly be much higher for a micro cap company.  You may ultimately be right with your valuation, and I'm not particularly interested in arguing with you -- I do genuinely enjoy the intelligent discussion -- but as it currently stands the market agrees with me that the company is fairly valued.
