Hey Bull,

 

If you had of read the NR, you would have seen that the new online payment isn't only intended for Iridium Card holders, rather more for the unbanked customers that need a service rather than banks.

 

I believe this will be a great selling point to attract other governments to sign on for the benefit cards.
