I just had my bids filled at 2.60 and can't understand why the negativity on this board. Is there something I'm missing considering I get a 16%  dividend till the merger is done and then a 14% dividend going forward. I get a strong company with a low dividend payout percentage which is very sustainable and more than likely a large gain on equity going forward. Did I miss something?
