RT does own 51%.  I don't suspect a creeping takeover because due to majority ownership they must declare their intentions.  Another party could come in and purchase the remaining free float but the problem is institutions own upwards of 23% and 46% of the free float.  Individual non-institutional shareholders like us only own 54% of the float which is only slightly better 25% of the overall equity.  This would make it challenging unless they were willing to pay a hefty premium and had support from RT.  I think RT is a little more bullish on base metals and this is a desirable assett but you never know.
