RE: RE: RE: RE: Ditto Dilution
RE: RE: RE: RE: Ditto Dilution For various reasons and largely depends on the valuation of the exercisable warrant.
I don't quite follow your premise on a .03 cent stock vs. a $3.00 stock? If you are meaning "share price" that has little to do with a companies valuation. That's like saying because my piece of the overall pie is smaller the whole pie is cheaper than having a larger piece of the same exact pie. Thats circular reasoning, a tautology and is illogical.
Now if you are meaning market capitalization, a company with .03 cent shares may very well indeed have a larger market capitalization then another company with $3.00 shares or vice versa pending shares outstanding. It's just the size of the piece of the overall pie.
Now if you are meaning instrinsic valuation this again is a seperate entity from market capitalization and the two may not be co-related. In fact many times the market valuation is in contrast to the intrinsic value which creates a buying opportunity or could indicate an overvaluation.
Which are you meaning?
