First you speculated that they were honest...then last week you began to speculate that they are fraudulent. Where is your Proof?  Do you really think that the pursuit of a law suit will gain anyone but the lawyers anything even if the retail investers were to win it?  It could possibly lead to the bankruptcy of the company and we might ALL end up with nothing.
