Thanks for posting these notes. I have not been following closely as of late but my small remaining investment keeps me coming back. Am I correct to assume what you have posted is a brief from a presentation SWSH made at an industry or investment conference? Did you attend personally or did you obtain the notes from someone else? Just wondering what sort of person the CEO is and how much faith (hope) to put in their statements. I note he didn't seem to address the late financial statements very directly or specifically, is he trying to imply the SEC, and Exchange are not very concerned and will give them whatever time they need?

many of the points seem encouraging, if they can be believed. You've been pretty close to this it seems, what do you think of their chances to turn this around...and add to Mr. H's legacy?
