I feel your pain Ciao, all my juniors are in the same situation. No one wants to take a chance on them until its totally derisked. Look for a solid management team and cross your fingers! They all have good resources and awesome 43-101s....the difference will be the skill of the management team, IMHO. Thats why I'm toughing it out with RM. good luck, cheapie
