RE: yoyo

RE: yoyo

Price increase is a result of buying pressure.  There has been a lot of incentive and the volume has increased steadily which sometimes can signal a breakout.  It shows strong support at this level with strength to the upside.  However that is strickly on a TA analysis.  News will be the real mover and if the news is good then we should see it reflect in the share price.  There has been plenty of negative sentiment over the last 6 months so it won't take much to rally.  I wouldn't say it will drop like a yoyo unless the news was negative but I think quite a lot of negativity has already been priced in.

If your looking at a longer term fundamentals then I think this one will be rewarding but short term fundamentals are harder to guage.  It's like any business, things don't happen overnight, it takes time to develop and implement strategic business plans.  It takes time to drill, case wells, test stabalized flow rates, tie in production, set up injector wells, etc..

I'm in favour of more sensible posts on here and hope the serious posters stick around and shuffle ideas back and forth.  I'm not interested in day trades or the likes but would like to discuss the fundamentals of Bankers.
