One would think that with this level of capital investment that Couer would be anxious to settle the lawsuit and move on.  The argument about Couer's lawyers milking the case for legal fees might have some merit, but it is pure speculation.  Besides, they have already lined their pockets plenty by now.

 

It's time to settle this and move on ourselves, without doing any more pp's for a long time.
