maybe they just want to have an option to buy at a later time for various reasons?

1-limit cash available at this time?

2-or they just want to see more test resutls on JV lands or on TOL's lands ?

nobody else is going to try and buy TOL with PBN controlling this large a position as a minority shareholder or maybe the CEo's are good buds and this is just another way for a poison pill??

either way it's good news for down the road IMHO.
