Hello Doc, i agree 100% with your statement and we MUST remember that issuing a release is a judgment call based upon sometimes the fact that signing one when negociating with another party may not be wise. I am not even really sure they would want ot disclose the total details of contract when signed. Why take the chance to tell everybody (competitors if any) what are the conditions and everything else.   François
