You know it would be a great move by RRX and could be one of the offers but I think that Teine will offer a cash deal.  Canada pension fund has lots of cash for great long term money making investments that support the country at the same time. As a shareholder of CPP, I certainly would approve of Novus to build up the fund.  Slow steady and safe return for your money plus local and socially positive.
