  If the information from the link is correct then IMO!!! It's been shorting from day one, starting last week with the pseudo take over trading halt news.

Thing is, the share price topped out at  68 cents not near enough of what the dirty rotten scoundrels were trying for.

Could be a very explosive short squeeze If the arbitration judge rules in Nautilus favour or any major  news development  that  nagates the present risk.

This could cause the share price to sky rocket and the boyz to scrambel to buy back the shares they borrowed.
