Cap - my thoughts exactly.  Taking a loan instead of issuing shares essentially says "we ain't sticking around".

One more (irrelevant) thought. PG recently said $1.00 on the upside, which brings his thoughts at $1.80 or so. However, let's face it., any comments he makes on a buyout will be conservative. So when I read this, my thought was that he was thinking more like $2.00.
