RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: emporerscc...my calculation on Nah, your SP analysis doesn't take a lot of common sense in to account... Unless there new developments with other properties to make one believe this will be a "growth" stock longterm, we'll be lucky if we get a P/E of 10x. That's agressive imo. Avg tech companies trade for 16x and Construction Materials 4-6x... So figure we're new, there some hype, we'll have a P/E of 10x for argument sake. If Net profit is 1.6 million as per the business plan, year one the SP should be 24 cents (1,600,000 x 10 / 66,000,000) assuming no dilusion for a PP. At 4.425 milion net profit the SP should be $0.67. Again, not taking any dilusion in to account. In a previous post I suggested 1% NPR post permits which is 23 cents per share and up to 80 cents once production commences. A buyout and only or new business developments are the only catalysts I can see to a SP of $1.00+. Frankly, my avg price is $0.042. I'll take a 10-20 bagger and be happy! Any more is gravy.
