“All three modules are operating and for the past three days have averaged 22.4 net megawatts peroperating hour (31.5 gross megawatts). Module 1 has been in operation for 44 days, Module 2 hasoperated for 48 days and Module 3 with 8 days of operation. Under the terms of the PPA, Novemberand December generation is paid at a seasonally adjusted price of $115.20 per megawatt-hour, whichis 120 percent of the 2012 contract price.”

Electrical energy from the new power plant is being sold for $89.75 per megawatt hour(“MWH”), subject to a 1% annual escalator, under the terms of a 25-year power purchaseagreement with Sierra Pacific Power Company. Using the existing production and injectionwells, the new San Emidio plant is projected to generate an average of approximately 75,000MWHs of electrical power each year and replaces an existing facility that, prior to beingremoved from service, generated approximately 23,000 MWHs annually for some 20 years
