The Vote I own both AVF and PCE and am voting again this merger.
WHY
If CHX were not part of the deal I would go for it as I believe AVF and PCE are bringing value to the table. So whats the markets take on this? From Dec 19 to Jan 18 CHX is up 32.35%, PCE down 2.9% and AVF down 22%. Guess who's getting screwed?
So some have said the sale of ER was a mistake and I agree but as a AVF shareholder I would rather take the $80M ($1.47 share) rather than splitting it with CHX shareholders.
