The Lac Dore Property is located approximately 27 km east-southeast from the City of Chibougamau, in Eeyou Istchee James Bay Territory, Nord-du-Quebec administrative region, Province of Quebec, Canada. The Lac Dore Project comprises two claim blocks, referred to as Lac Dore Main and Lac Dore North. The Lac Dore Main claims cover an area of 648.82 hectares (Ha), and the Lac Dore North claims cover an area of 4,637.87 Ha.

RE: old 'news' or 'other business' at AGM ?

This environmental review pertains to the McKenzie Bay/Lac Dore Mining subsidiary attempt to build a mine--in 2004. It is invalid because the ownership of the claims has changed, and PC doesn't own the Feasibility Study used to conclude that mining is economic.

As usual, governmental agencies must follow protocol and are several years behind.

But let's not let a few pesky and irritating facts get in the way of a good rant.
