Redmetal thank you for your wise advice however i have been investing in the stock market long enough to know that this is NOT a "Game" as you so elequently put it but rather putting hard earned and saved money into investments that can bring a reasonable return....i personally consider a %30 peremium a great return and i personally would be comfortable with that kind of return.....why wouldn't i take a higher offer than current share price?.....this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions and i could easily be wrong this time as well
