The Company offers a full range of senior living options, including independent living (IL), assisted living (AL) and memory care (MC) under its Aspira retirement brand, long-term care (LTC), and specialized programs and services. I've been doing DD on these senior care things (They're not really REITs, but kinda), and finally ran the numbers on a bunch and picked this one. I liquidated some riskier stuff and dogs and took a nice starter position both in the TFSA and a smaller one in the cash acct. Looks like a good long term hold. One question: do they DRIP? I couldn't find it on their website......might have missed it.....
