Wolf... yeah the three should be EC JV, Tamarack Approval, Tamarack JV, but I would also add HTL; as for buyout you worded it well when all milestones are reached.. however, i don't think ivan will sell until 2015 or 2016 at the earliest when all Continents reserves are producing nor would I want them to have a buyout before then. The closer IVAN gets to EC and Tamarack producing revenues or close to it the higher the buyout price... . Good luck
