I called it back when the offer came out and the news surrounding Bissa was production in 1H of 2013, I posted that this would more likely be first quarter......Un F**king believable!!  And also take note of the line that states 200k oz's per year of production, that would bring HRG alone to nearly 500k oz's a year.  You would think with a takeout offer that the company in question would have to update shareholders that the mine was ahead of schedule and that they were anticipating more production per year then previously stated.......these guys should be sued! 

 

I would be happy to hear from anyone that would join a class action with any ideas and share count prior to selling to Nord.
