RE: RE: RE: RE: thx awan from the german board

kettl, don't want to sound pessimistic but it is not that simple like you imply that a couple of great news will propel us higher. if the joint committee concludes that license was given unlawfully it won't be the end as Stans will surely challenge that in the court system. However, if that happens and there is still i think at least 40% probability it won't be in Stans favor then the price will fall as emotions will take over as always. Then things will settle and the key will be the court ruling or if Kyrgyz government steps in and does something before court ruling. Nevertheless. the timeline will be pushed once again by at best a couple of months at best. The opposing forces looks like playing all in and it will be critical few months how Stans defends itself. But once again the road will be bumpy. If the committee rules favorably the of course the stock will gain a lot and Stans mgmt will be able to get back to business which is make this company operational and start selling end products. But it is not a certain outcome and my doubts are supported by today's open letter of Stans mgmt appealing to Kyrgyz government. I am long so no need to call me names, Just trying to be reasonable and keep emotions in check. I knew what i was getting into from the start and was ready to risk losing most of my investment in Stans.
