that is a classic problem with using a stop/loss , especially on a penny stock.

a comment on short selling positions gaining momentum. i seen this happen a few times over the years and what happens is the company that is going to make an offer will save millions. the share price of ETR is driven down then a bidder makes a bid based on a percentage of what the share price was for the last 20 trading days. and actually i don't even know if any laws have been broken.
