Also, bshort, Nebraska today approved the alternate Keystone pipeline route. The governor has informed Obama of that decision.

Perhaps there is now a bit more room for optimism in the Canadian market that the movement of crude will be less constricted in the future.

Any idea how long that pipeline will take to flow oil, once approved federally?
